Kaitlyn’s biography is built around one simple passion: helping people move, grow, and thrive. With a B.S. in Exercise Science from Fairmont State University, Kaitlyn has worn many hats - physical therapy aide, personal trainer, tutor, coach, and athlete - each one strengthening her ability to lead, teach, and support others.

Her journey started on the soccer field in the Fredericksburg area playing travel soccer and at Riverbend High School, which then led her to playing Division II soccer at Fairmont State University. She not only played as a dedicated student-athlete but also coached, inspiring the next generation of athletes. From there, she stepped into the world of health and fitness, working as a personal trainer and weight room supervisor, creating individualized programs that pushed clients towards their goals while keeping them safe and motivated.

Whether assisting patients in physical therapy, guiding the next generation of athletes, or encouraging someone to take that extra step toward better health, Kaitlyn brings energy, compassion, and dedication to everything she does.

Kaitlyn’s philosophy is simple: she believes movement is medicine, and everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, independent, and fulfilling life. Her approach centers on using evidence-based exercise, education, and compassionate support to empower individuals to recover from injury, build strength, and reach their personal goals. She strives to create an environment that inspires confidence, promotes growth, and values every step of the journey. By blending knowledge, empathy, and leadership, she is committed to helping people not only achieve their goals but also discover their own resilience and potential. Her personal motto is, "If you can dream it you can do it"—so let’s do it together!
