Nathan graduated from Salisbury University with a BA in Exercise Science and a minor in Allied Health. He holds a background in Athletic Training and Injury Prevention/Rehab. Nathan played football for Salisbury University during his 4 years, where he was awarded Conference All Academic Team. He specializes in body re-composition, muscle gain, fat loss, and nutrition as well as Olympic/athlete movement development. He is a co-owner of Under Pressure Training LLC that specializes in athletic development but also in personal and online training and coaching. Nathan's philosophy is that all assets of life can be improved through exercise, not just physical health. No one workout program will be a perfect fit for every individual but with proper screening techniques and acquisitions of ones needs, the perfect program can be designed for each individual to reach their highest potential.
