Pam Allen

NASM & MES (Medical exercise specialist)

MES & NASM Certified

Pam is originally from Long Island, NY. She suffered a major debilitating spinal injury at the age of fourteen, which eventually led to her desire to help improve her strength. Beginning in fitness, Pam often made mistakes that led to injury. Pam began learning proper form and correct exercises and the passion for fitness grew, and so did the mission to help others. Pam began personal training in 2008, then went on to receive her master's degree in human performance (clinical exercise physiology) from Liberty University in 2022, and her Medical Exercise Certification from the Medical Exercise Training Institute in 2023.

Pam is a medical exercise specialist who ties in her love for education with exercise by combining them into her well-planned, individualized training sessions by explaining the reasons behind the exercise movements she chooses and how to manage various injuries and conditions. She provides safe and effective exercise programming for those with various medical conditions and injuries, as well as those who just want to train to avoid injury as much as possible. Pam actively serves others in her church and believes serving others is a foundational principle to her business. Pam will help you assess your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and mobility, and provide you with what you specifically need each session to meet your goals. Her motto is "Never Quit Training," because fitness equals function.
